Services
Designing interiors is a complicated process, but searching for a designer that could suit you best is even more challenging. Customized design is one of our main working principles. We strive to create an interior in alignment with a person's distinct character, lifestyle and wishes. To achieve this goal, we need to establish the foundation of trust and understanding between the customer and the designer. The information shown below will help you understand our principle of operation, specific work stages that the interior design project consists of, and, certainly, what exactly you will be delivered with when the work is complete.
Measurements
We will make measurements and draw a detailed plan with dimensions, based on which all subsequent work will be carried out.
Statement of Work
After that we will prepare, together with the customer, a detailed statement of design work. At this stage we will discuss any wishes and preferences of the customer. It's one of the most important stages, as the quality of the work completed will later have an effect on whether or not the future interior design project aligns with your wishes.
Work Schedule
The work at an interior design project will start from signing a contract and a work schedule. This document specifies the time-limits for developing the interior design project and the deadlines for completing each individual work stage.
Planning solution
We will develop several space planning options. Each of them will be discussed with the customer, fine-tuned and approved. An approved space planning option is an important interior design stage, as any subsequent work will be performed on its basis. No significant adjustments to the space planning option will be allowed once it has been approved.
Stylistic solution
To determine the design style option we will prepare several moodboards based on one general concept. These will be sketches of the would-be interior and will help decide on which colors, finishing materials, décor elements and general atmosphere to go with.
Visualisation
After that we will prepare photo-realistic visualisations for each of the premises being designed. They will fully render the external appearance of the would-be premises, from the kind of finishing and furnishing to any fine décor pieces. All of the interior elements will be chosen subject to the approved budget. The visualisations of each of the premises will then be discussed, amended as necessary and approved.
Blueprint Package Preparation
The final stage of the interior design project is blueprint preparation. A bespoke blueprint package will be developed for each individual project, but it will at all times contain all the necessary drawings for the project implementation (plan with dimensions, dismantling and assembly operations plan, furniture layout plan, etc.).
Specification Preparation
A blueprint package also contains such specifications as a list of furniture used in the interior design project, lighting fixtures, electrical equipment, finishing materials, doors, etc. The specification package will vary for each project.
